NOTHING will make someone lose respect for you faster than using your words more than action.

When you say you’re going to do something and you don’t follow through. When you say something to make a situation less awkward in the moment but know that it’s not the truth. As soon as you fail to put your words into action everyone will know that you’re one of those people who like to talk but not much else.
