Why Should Your Child Train At Karate RX?

  • A young girl in a white martial arts uniform with a red belt, standing on a red podium, holding a stack of wooden boards, and wearing medals around her neck. She is smiling and standing in front of a black backdrop with yellow and red logos for Charles Mintzer Tae Kwon Do.

    Stronger Martial Arts

Students follow a structured curriculum that builds real martial arts skills step by step as they progress through each belt.

  • A medical or martial arts class where a young boy and an adult man, both dressed in black uniforms, are practicing martial arts with a focus on belt tying or a similar technique. Several people in the background, some wearing uniforms and some in casual clothing, watch or prepare for their turn.

    Stronger Fitness

Fitness is built into training. Students improve their strength, coordination, conditioning, and athletic ability alongside their karate skills.

  • Two males in black martial arts uniforms standing on a black mat in a dojo, with a wooden wall and metal railing behind them, one with a black belt and the other with a red belt.

    Stronger Discipline

Our Discipline Program helps students work on respect, responsibility, consistency, and positive habits that carry beyond the karate school.

“After being apart of another karate studio, my son was starting to lose interest.

We had known Sean from that previous Studio and decided to join Karate RX. I must say that I couldn't ask for a better instructor/teacher for him.

He pushes them to work harder to meet their goals and hold themselves accountable…..It's not only Karate, but he loops in fitness as well. In today's schools, kids aren't getting enough physical activity, and this is one of the ways my son can get that fitness that he is not getting from school.

Overall, we can't thank Sean enough for the time he has put into not only my son, but all the students that he has. Thank You!”

“Karate RX is awesome! My son has loved learning martial arts from Coach Sean for the last two years (7 years as of 2026)!

Sean’s teaching style is a great mix of stern, patient, and playful. The students respond consistently and respectfully. We also love that Sean mixes in a great deal of fitness into his program, as well as many valuable lessons such as respect, gratefulness, consistency, awareness, perseverance, and the value of hard work.

Overall, our time with Karate RX has been nothing but positive, and we look forward to continuing to watch our son grow into a confident young man.

Thank you Coach Sean!!!”
