Coach Sean

Sean Dawdy is the Owner of Karate RX.
He began learning Tae-Kwon-Do at the age of 11 in Melbourne, Florida and taught his first class at the age of 17. He loves organization, productivity, and teaching others how to realize more of their potential. In his 15 years of coaching experience he has worked at Crossfit gyms, Ninja warrior gyms and of course karate studios.

Coach Lauren

Lauren is currently at UGA studying to become a bio-chemist. She is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in karate and competes in forms with our competition team.

When she isn’t on the mat instructing you’ll see her organizing, planning and communicating everything happening at Karate RX behind the front desk.

Coach Landon

Landon is our second student to ever earn a black belt at Karate RX. He has been at KRX almost as long as Coach Sean and has been teaching for over a year now.

Currently working toward his 2nd Degree Black Belt - he loves learning new bo techniques and sparring. Never afraid of a challenge, he has fought some very tough opponents in competition and is always willing to try something new.

 

Coach Emma

Emma is a fierce competitor and dedicated martial artist. She competes with the katana in traditional and creative sword divisions as well as open hand kata.

She is a great role model for all of our younger students and her peers in the Teen Program.
We are very lucky to have a gifted athlete and hard worker like Coach Emma.
