Amelia: Commitment
Amelia is the most consistent student we have at Karate RX. Like most teenagers she spends a lot of time doing homework every week but she always makes it to class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Recently she tore her meniscus in her knee. Not even this stopped her from coming to class though. When there is a movement that she is not able to perform she simply asks Coach Sean what she can do instead and works hard at that.
Outside of the gym Amelia excels with her work ethic. She maintains a high GPA with all honors in AP classes, she volunteers at a hospital and is planning on growing up to be a trauma nurse. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing video games and listening to music. She recently got a Nintendo Switch and is working on beating Zelda: Breath of The Wild.
Amelia is one of our founding members at Karate RX and it has been a privilege for us to get to know her and see her become stronger over the last year and a half. Thank you Amelia!
