2019

I hope your new year is off to a great start. As we begin 2019 I wanted to share what my goals are for the New Year.

Goals:
1. My first goal for 2019 is to enroll enough students to operate a full 5 day week schedule. The schedule attached below lays the groundwork to make it possible to do that in the future.

2. I want to continue to create stronger martial artists. In the 8 months we have been operating I have seen students fight with more confidence, run faster, hit harder, and become stronger in every measurable way possible. I'm very proud of the progress every student has made and I'm excited to see it continue.

3. My last goal is to keep communication as open and honest as possible. I NEVER want any of you to feel like I am not being fair or straight forward. As the program continues to evolve and I continue to learn what athletes can do and CAN'T do, I need you as the parents to know that I want what is best for every student in the long term. I want them to look back when they are in their 30's and say "That changed my life."

If you don't understand or agree with a decision, requirement or haircut - please tell me so I can sit down with you to discuss it. I will make time for you.

We are launching a new program designed for adults. It's called Adult RX.

The goal of this program is to create the strongest martial artists in Braselton.
1. Stronger technique in their punches, kicks, and blocks.
2. Stronger muscles by focusing on the four basic body weight movements: Push Ups, Sit Ups, Box Jumps, and Squats.
3. Stronger defenses with repetition of self defense techniques and boxing.

We are kicking this off with an open house and free class on Saturday, January 19th at 10:30am. There will be additional specials and prizes for everyone who attends!
You can RSVP here

Thank you everyone for your attention,
~ Coach Sean
