Our Evening Karate Program

Juniors

In our Juniors class we focus on developing a strong work ethic and respect! Standing still to listen, saying yes sir and yes ma’am are the fundamental skills we focus on to build good habits for their future.

We keep our classes moving the entire 25 minutes we have them so they can burn off some energy while learning valuable life skills!

Beginners

This program is for our 7-12 year old students. On top of instilling respect and focus we teach students how to cooperate to complete workouts and improve their karate together.

Teen

Our Teenagers learn the fastest and we challenge them to learn the most out of any other program at Karate RX.

They thrive with difficult drills and friendly competition with their class mates. Teenagers love our program because they get fit, make friends, and have fun every week together.

Our Adult members are a tight knit community of people from various backgrounds. We have students ranging from 18 years old to 76. We workout and train together to improve ourselves and have fun while doing it.
